app-emulation/lxd: uprev to 3.0.2

Uprev the LXD ebuild to match upstream 3.0.2. This migrates away from using
CROS_GO_SOURCE and more closely matches the upstream LXD ebuild, using the
dist directory that's included with LXD tarballs.
