Provide specific error messages when DOMException is thrown in AudioWorkletGlobalScope

Issue description

Currently any exception thrown from registerProcess() will result in:
"Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The user aborted a request."

We should provide a better (detailed and actionable) feedback with developers.
