Chrome OS Version: 10895.78.0, 69.0.3497.120 stable channel eve

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Device in tablet mode
(2) Open Uber tray
(3) Switch back to normal laptop mode

Expected Result:

Actual Result:
Uber tray is chopped off in the right-most side

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
