Issue descriptionSomething weird happened when we switched to MP keys on nocturne. Let's take 11129.0.0 for example. https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/console/viewBuild?version=11129.0.0&channel=canary&type=release Nocturne's canary mp signed recovery is missing.
