What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Focus a window
(2) Click on the status tray area
(3) Press alt-shift-s, alt-shift-n or the menu key

What is the expected result?
Focus should move to the tray popup after (2). (3) should dismiss the popup.

What happens instead?
Focus remains on the previously-focused window after (2). (3) reruns the popup open animation, but moves focus to the popup, similarly to launching the popup directly with a keyboard shortcut. Using a keyboard shortcut to launch the popup does not exhibit this problem.
