Non-Regression : Screenshot also should have 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option and on clicking screenshot gallery should be seen as screenshot can be view in Gallery

Chrome Version: 69.0.3497.120/10895.78.0 Stable-channel Daisy,Candy and Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot  and at Notifications click on taken Screenshot -> observe Files App is seen
(2)Now Save Image from Google browser -> At Notifications observe 'SHOW IN FOLDER' and 'COPY TO CLIPBOARD' options are seen -> click on Saved Image -> observe Gallery is see
(3)Screenshot also should have 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option and on clicking screenshot gallery should be seen as screenshot can be view in Gallery 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Screenshot also should have 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option and on clicking screenshot gallery should be seen 
Actual: Instead 'SHOW IN FOLDER' option is not seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

This is not a screen capture issue, but rather, with the Chrome OS UI.  Taking a stab at the right component.
