Non-Regression: Gallery icon is still seen after deleting all the pics in Gallery

Test URL: CCA 5.2-https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/camera/afoodkbadjkccjlgmeldfjefkfgpalan?hl=en-US

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1))Install and open the above Camera app
(2)Take few pics and go to gallery 
(3)Delete all pics and close the gallery>> Observe the gallery icon is seen on Camera app and when we click on that it disappears

Actual: After deleting all the files(pics) in files app(Gallery), the gallery icon is seen on Camera app and when we click on that it disappears
Expected: After deleting all the files(pics) in files app(Gallery), gallery icon should not be seen in Camera app

Raising this as a Non-Regression issue as it is a new Camera app

Yes, it's due to #854521: CCA is not being notified for file deletion in Gallery.

I think the earliest we will be able to investigate will be M-73 given the blocking bug is a known issue with our underlying architecture.

Adding slangley@ for visibility and any additional thoughts.
