What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->Now at Uber Tray click on 'Sign out' option -> In Sign out screen turn-off WI-FI from Uber Tray 
(2)Click on 'Add person' -> "Network not available" is seen ->click on 'sign in as an existing user' -> enter email id -> click on 'NEXT' to navigate to password page
(3)Click on 'Forgot password?' option -> "To recover your account...' dialog box is seen -> observe default focus is seen missing on 'CLOSE' button 
(Please refer video)

Expected: Default focus should be seen on 'CLOSE' button 
Actual: Instead default focus is seen missing on 'CLOSE' button 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-68
