What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> In ubertray/Network section, open any Join WiFi overlay
(2)Press overview button continuously and observe the header of Join WiFi overlay

Actual: Unwanted blink of line appears at header section of Join WiFi overlay while keeping the overlay in overview mode continuously
Expected: No such unwanted blink of line appears at header section of Join WiFi overlay while keeping the overlay in overview mode continuously

This is a Regression as same is working fine in M-67
