Issue description

Autotest allows you to wrap chrome binaries such as sandbox_linux_unittests:

The parent class that implements this feature is ChromeBinaryTest:

This is what hiroh@ is doing for video_VideoDecodeAccelerator in issue 889496. It's not a specific feature; you just make sure the binary you want to run is installed in the system image (likely by adding to the new chrome-binary-tests package being added by https://crrev.com/c/1256775) and then run it in a Tast test and check the result.

Maybe we'll want a package containing shared code for parsing output from GoogleTest unit test binaries.
