Chromevox is not voicing certain punctuation

Version: 71.0.3567.0
Reproduction Steps: 
1. In any edit field, press CTRL+Shift+U followed by any Unicode number, e.g. U2014, the em-dash.
2. Use the left and right arrow keys to read each character.
3. Chromevox reads all other characters normally but does not voice the resulting Unicode character.

It would be great if Chromevox had a wider set of unicode tables that it could read.

I imagine this also depends on the synthesizer being used.
