GCP Cloud Shell crashes the current tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the GCP console https://console.cloud.google.com/
2. Log in
3. Click the command line icon on the top right.
4. Wait for the tab to crash

This happens intermittently for me, but it happens more often than not.

The same happens if you "pop out" the Cloud Shell into a new tab.

I'm using a 2017 15" Macbook Pro with touch bar and the following GPUs:

Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB
Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

What is the expected behavior?
The tab doesn't crash.

What went wrong?
The tab crashed

Crashed report ID: e7e2980e9d2d9cab

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.14.0
Flash Version:

This is an OOM crash due to a likely memory leak :(
I see. I do not have permission to view that other bug, so I didn't see it when filing this one. Will I get notified when that bug is fixed?

Thanks
