Everything is bigger in Chrome Canary (Text, menus, status menu, everything)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3570.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome Canary 2. Use your sense of sight to see that the text and menus are much bigger. What is the expected behavior? The expected behavior is to have the text and menus be scaled properly. What went wrong? Chrome UI elements are much bigger. This includes, tab titles, right click menus, the status bar thingy in the bottom left that appears when you hover or a link, the downloads bar, and the hamburger menu. Did this work before? Yes The Canary before the latest Canary Chrome version: 71.0.3570.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Check the screenshots.

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 71.0.3570.0 using Windows 10, tentatively marking it as Untriaged. Checked the same on the latest canary 71.0.3572.0, the issue seems to be resolved. @Reporter: As the issue seems to be resolved/fixed in the latest canary, requesting you to check the same on it and let us know it's behaviour. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.
