Entire browser crashes when incognito mode is opened

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3570.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Incognito mode
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
I am able to interact with the window that I just opened

What went wrong?
All browser windows close

Crashed report ID: 8f3236fc-f53a-4d05-bb31-8c129d738f14

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Thanks for filing the issue. Could you please provide us the latest crash id as attached in screenshot to triage further.

No issue seen once we open incognito mode on Windows-71.0.3570.0.

Seems to be fixed on 71.0.3573.0. Crash ID seems to be 5751a69dee383da3
