Chrome Remote Desktop app text/icon color contrast too low

Google Chrome	71.0.3567.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version	Google_Caroline.7820.384.0

Step to repro: Examine the color contrast of the Chrome Remote Desktop app, see screenshot, to make sure text can be easily read. 

Expected: text has at least 4.0:1 contrast ratio
Actual:

"Chrome Remote Desktop" top heading
Foreground color: #979797
Background color: #FFFFFF
Contrast Ratio 2.92:1

Email address, upper right corner
Foreground color: #848484
Background color: #FFFFFF
Contrast Ratio 3.74:1

Refresh button next to My Computers, lower right corner
Foreground color: #B3B3B3
Background color: #F9F9F9
Contrast Ratio 1.99:1

If you press the button for Share, the resulting dialog has text that is too low of contrast "waiting for connection"
Foreground: #c2c2c2
Background: #ffffff
Ratio: 1.78



Please let me know if you'd rather I split this into three bugs for ease of completion.

To turn high contrast on or off from the console, press left Alt+left Shift+Print Screen, at that point select yes or no. In Windows 10 and Windows 8.1, you can divert on high contrast from the sign-in screen. Select the Ease of Access catch on the sign-in screen, and afterward pick High Contrast. This is a Chrome OS bug so this Windows comment doesn't apply. Issue still reproduces in M72.
