The box is configured to write the cached content to work offline
When I turn off the net box the videos do not start
I would like the Android webview in the next update to solve this question

I have the KioskBrowser APP running in a Minix Android 6.0 box
to present this content wwww.gouarte.com/viladeprado
When I turn off the Internet box, the videios do not start
Could this be improved on the next Android WebView update?

Please provide an actual apk and exact steps to reproduce the problem. deadlink to some website we don't know isn't going to help here
