What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome browser / open a new tab
(2) Observed the startup screen shortcuts images and related text on the page 


What happens ? 
For the normal users the image-links and texts seems fine. But for low vision users, it's hard for them as the image's are tiny and circular compared to the previous chrome version. Also, the text are smaller.   

What is the expected result?
Large image links with large Black with white background text as like as previous version of chrome which was easier for the low vision users.
