Large fonts in Chrome UI

Chrome version: 71.0.3570.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64)

Noticed large fonts for UI elements such as bookmarks bar, and menus on latest Canary.

Note: I have a 4k monitor with 150% scaling set in Windows display settings.  Default page zoom in Chrome is 100%.

OS Version: 10.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update Chrome Canary to 71.0.3570.0

What is the expected result?
Normal font size

What happens instead of that?
Enormous font size

Big Font still present in Chrome Version  71.0.3571.0

suspect https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/1250211 - > dfried. Can this be looked at, or reverted? It's really jarring on my high-dpi PC at home.

This should be fixed now, but we'll have to wait until a new Canary rolls out.
