Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Mic does not work with GVC only when plugged into docking station and with bluetooth headphones connected
2. Rebooting resolves if I unplug from docking station
3. Issue can be bypassed by opening GVC in incognito window.  

What is the expected behavior?
Internal mic should work with GVC.  It works with all other platforms expect GVC for the conditions listed above.  

What went wrong?
Mic does not work, and I am prompted to restart chrome which does not resolve the issue.

I just submitted a feedback report as well, but since the new version of Chrome rolled out for the ten year anniversary, I cannot use my mic on GVC when connected via Bluetooth to our GID6B headphones and using my Dell docking station.  This wasn't an issue before the update.  Further, the mic still works in other applications other than GVC.  
Here's what I submitted in the feedback report:
Since updating to Chrome Version 69.0.3497.95, my microphone does not work on GVC when I am plugged into my docking station (Dell 452-BCYT D6000 Universal Dock, Black).  I've tested that it does still work outside of GVC by concurrently opening https://www.onlinemictest.com/ and GVC.  The mic works perfectly on the external website, but I get the error on GVC that mic is not working. I am using the GID6B bluetooth headset that we issue internally for audio output and am using pixelbook internal mic for input.

When this happens, I'm prompted to restart Chrome.  This does not resolve.  Rebooting also does not resolve.  The only resolution is to detach from docking station and reboot.  

I've taken this issue to techstop a couple times as well.  They have swapped my pixelbook yet the issue persists.  This seems like a bluetooth bug to me as this problem did not exist prior to updating the system during our Chrome ten year anniversary.
