Some 3d resource creations requests to crosvm are falling back to the 2d unimported path due to either unhandled pipe formats (eg 16 == PIPE_FORMAT_Z16_UNORM, 64 == PIPE_FORMAT_R8_UNORM) or unsupported arguments (eg array_size != 1).

Validate that there aren't resources that should be created via gbm and imported that are not being right now.
