Remove tryserver.client.syzygy

This hasn't been used since Dec 2017, and also all the slaves are offline.  It looks safe to remove.

Actually this was already deleted: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/1173766

It's just running as a zombie for some reason.

Status: Fixed (was: Unconfirmed)
The master was not responding to make stop commands, so i issued a kill -9, and it looks like it's dead for good now.
