(1) Fresh install Chrome Canary

What is the expected result?
Warn Before Quitting should not be enabled by default after a fresh install.


What happens instead?
Warn Before Quitting is enabled by default after a fresh install


Not sure, if this is intended. If not, then this seems to be a regression.
