Near branch cut point, we may wonder whether a CL is merged before the cut point or after it.
It will be helpful if the information can be shown besides "landed in" field.

For example, when we investigate whether a CL is a culprit for certain issue, just look at the gerrit page and we can see clearly this CL is in what release branches, and it will help developer to investigate the issue / land the fix more efficiently.
