glados: Remove from cros/master

Issue description

glados lacks sufficient space to continue developing it on ToT.  Remove it from cros/master.

To those who have stumbled upon this bug from the outside: Glados EC is maintained from its own separate release branch.  This crbug is about removing it from tip-of-trunk aka master, and is not related to EOL.
