can't check Chrome version, SN and Asset ID on login page for tablet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) go to login screen on stable channel Dru or Saruka unit w/o physical keyboard attached.
(2) observe, not possible to press Alt+V to see OS version and device SN and Asset ID.

What is the expected result?
Admins regularly use Alt+v to check device information quickly from login screen. Expect some way for this to happen.

What happens instead?
Admin needs to login and find information elsewhere or connect physical keyboard.

Further details:
I'd suggest we find some equivalent touch gesture to bring up the version information. For example, 3 taps at top right corner reveal these details.

+ Naveenv also - this is a convenience factor for our IT admins. As EDU customers deploy more Dru devices it's likely they'll need this functionality. For example, if you're using kiosk mode for state testing and need all devices on a certain version, Alt+V is invaluable to checking many devices quickly.
