The tests in this file intercept network requests to inspect the communications between the browser and autofill server. This works fine when the URL loaded by the browser was a data-url (which autofill no longer supports), but fails when the form data is loaded from the embedded test server.

The tests are currently disabled pending a fix/rewrite.
