Chrome's bottom bar title not vertically centered.

I think this happens when the string that is displayed in that bottom bar contains an emoji

I can repro 100% for two tabs with emojis and it looks fine in all other cases I've tested.

Happy to provide more info to help debugging

Ah sorry. I'm not sure how it's called. I'm referring to the OS's "launch bar". It's where the window gets minimized too but is still present when the window is open.

For repro steps, I have 100% success by navigating to hangouts chat in a room that had an emoji at the end of the title.

Let me know if it's still unclear.

Ah, in this case, this is likely a Window Manager bug. I don't think there's much we can do about this.
