I think it would be useful to add some histograms to Chrome and Cronet:
1. what percentage of Android users use "Private DNS" (which disables AsyncDNS)
2. when we fall back to system DNS due to "Private DNS" being enabled, and when we don't, how fast is DNS?  how successful is DNS?  I'd like to know how the performance compares.
