What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user -> Sign out-> sign in to another user -> Go to Uber tray -> click on user I'd and select 'Sign in to another user...' option for Multiple sign-in
(2)In  Multiple sign-in screen Press 'Tab' and observe until focus is on User Drop down -> observe tab blue focus is seen missing on Drop down

Note : Blue tab focus is seen on User Drop down in Lock screen and Sign-out screen
(Please refer 'Expected_BlueFocus' video)

Expected: Tab blue focus should be seen on User Drop down
Actual: Instead tab focus is seen missing

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
