Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: The ForcedBrowserSignin Chrome policy forces users create a new Chrome profile if they have not enabled Sync. Enterprise customers need to force users to sync their Chrome profile, without forcing them to create a new profile (thus losing all their bookmarks). With the new auto sign in feature in Chrome, it would be useful to have a policy that forced Sync to be enabled after a user is automatically logged in. This would allow customers enable the ForcedBrowserSignin policy without impacting users. Alternatively, users should be given the option to turn on Sync in their offline profile when ForcedBrowserSignin is enabled, instead of forcing them to create a new one. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? n/a Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Dup of 907238?

How is this a duplicate of 907238, given this mentions the need to sync the offline profile post-policy enforcement without negative impact to users (having to start a fresh profile once their offline one is locked)? |
