What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE screen,go to accessibility settings and observe OK button
Actual: OK button is overlapped with separator lines
Expected: No such overlap should be seen, there should be proper spacing
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 71.0.3562.0/11107.0.0 dev
