Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome without being logged in to Chrome or any Google Service. (I see the profile's default avatar.) 2. Sign in to gmail. (Now I see the first character of my name, e.g. "A") 3. Sign out of gmail. (I still see the "A".) 4. After restarting Chrome the icon eventually switches back correctly to my profile's one. What is the expected behavior? After logging out I should see my profile's avatar again. From the "popup" I can see that I'm logged out. What went wrong? The icon sticks to the one of the Google user after logout falsely indicating that I'm still logged in. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable #70.0.3538.102 using Windows10 and as per comment#3 the issue seems to be related to specific profile. Hence requesting someone from UI>Browser>Profiles team to have a look into the issue. Tentatively adding UI>Browser>Profiles component. Thanks.!

From comment#3 the issue doesn't seem to be reproduced in a new profile on version 69.0.3497.100 and the issue isn't seen on latest chrome versions too...! But the issue seems to be happening with specific profile, Hence adding label "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" and requesting someone from respective team to have a look into this. Thanks!
