Regression :[Print Preview] Shortcut key text (Ctrl + Shift + P) is seen chopped from bottom end.

Issue descriptionChrome version: 71.0.3570.0 (Official Build)Revision d749df9f798cd58c5c4a0866e4ca1bcb1edd494d-refs/branch-heads/3570@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Pre-condition : Make 'Font size' very large from chrome://settings/appearance What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and press 'Ctrl + p' to open print preview 2. Press 'Tab' key to bring focus on 'More settings' arrow icon and press 'Space bar' key to expand it 3. Now again press 'Tab' key to bring focus on 'Print using system dialog' paper link icon and observe 'Print using system dialog...(Ctrl + Shift + P)' text Actual Result: Shortcut key text (Ctrl + Shift + P) is seen chopped from bottom end Expected Result: Shortcut key text (Ctrl + Shift + P) should be seen properly This is regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and will soon update other info: Good build: 71.0.3569.0 (Revision: 596016) Bad build : 71.0.3570.0 (Revision: 596428)
