Issue descriptionChrome Version : 70.0.3538.45 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : tested at https://gmail.com https://accounts.google.com https://drive.google.com Other browsers tested: Chrome 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit): OK What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Sign into a Google Chrome profile that syncs with a personal Google Account. (2) In Gmail (or other Google web product), press your profile picture, then "Add Account", and sign in with a G Suite account that uses SSO. What is the expected result? I'd expect to end up being logged into my G Suite account. What happens instead? After the page is finished loading, I'm able to see my G Suite inbox for a brief moment, but I get redirected to the Gmail inbox for my personal Gmail. When I click my profile icon, I see that I am signed out of my G Suite account. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. - Works as expected on Google Chrome beta in Incognito mode. - Works as expected on Google Chrome stable. - Works as expected on Google Chrome beta when signing into a G Suite account that does NOT use SSO. - The G Suite account with SSO is on the uw.edu domain. - I tried disabling the #account-consistency flag on Google Chrome beta, but it doesn't make a difference.

One more note: I did clear cache and cookies while testing. That leads me to think it is a problem with the beta browser specifically.

This sounds like it might be related to Dice. @reporter - would you mind taking a video of this happening? Or at least providing a screenshot of chrome://signin-internals both before you signed in with your secondary G Suite account and after you signed in with it (and it gets immediately signed out)?
