HWID: support probing Qualcomm CPU

We are unable to probe QCM cpu HWID.

Currently, the probe result is:

  cpu_field:        
    0:              
      cpu: unknown

The factory code probes /proc/cpuinfo.
I don't see any chipset name from there.
I wondered if we can find more info anywhere else.
