Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. load the web page at www.espn.com 2. the horizontal scrolling scores ribbon should have a right-arrow at the right to enable scrolling to the right 3. see attachments What is the expected behavior? There should be a right-arrow to allow horizontal scrolling in the top score bar. What went wrong? Using Chrome, either in normal or incognito mode, there is no right-arrow. Actually, when the page first loads, the right-arrow is there, and then it is hidden behind the score bar when the page finishes loading. Using MS Edge, the right-arrow is okay. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: PC is a Surface Pro. Problem is with either internal display, or external 4k display (3840x2160, 200% scale).

Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 69.0.3497.100 using Windows-10 Surface pro with www.espn.com. But the issue is not seen on Chrome Beta# 70.0.3538.35 and latest chrome# 71.0.3569.0. Hence marking it as Untriaged. @Reporter: Could you please try to test this on latest Beta# 70.0.3538.45 and let us know if the issue still persists. You can download latest chrome Beta from the URL: https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. Thanks!
