Bounds are not updated for SVG TextPath

For example, STS word highlighting looks funny on this example:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Element/textPath

Because word/character bounds are not updated for text with SVG paths.

Note that it is possible to select text (ctrl-a, or click and drag) with funny svg bounds and the Chrome selection does look correct
