[Findit] analysis failures and failure result map don't match

There is no test level info in this analysis' failure info, but that info exists in the analysis' failure_result_map.

It seems the issue is because of an invalid cached data for canonical_step_name for a step. After clean up the cached data, the analysis' failure_info has stored the test level info.

Although it's still unclear how failure_result_map get the test_level info in the first place.
