Issue descriptionFrom go/perfbot-sheriff , I found: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/speed/bot_health_sheriffing/how_to_launch_a_functional_bisect.md but when I go to https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html I cannot find a chromium.perf or luci.chrome.ci builder at all. I am trying to do a functional bisection of issue 891855

Yeah, it's not very clear which values you should choose on flakiness dashboard. For the issue 891855, since it's for a perf test on a webview bot, the magical keyword is "performance_webview_test_suite", then you should be able to find the bot. Pre-populated URL with the values you need: https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#testType=performance_webview_test_suite&builder=chromium.perf%3AAndroid%20Nexus6%20WebView%20Perf Agree we should mention some of this on the guide. +Ned FYI

Hitting this again, but slightly different. I can't figure out how to view angle_perftests on the flakiness dashboard: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=916824
