I need help to repro.

I was able to repro this bug (3/5) times on iOS 12 iPhone XsMax device. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome 2. Navigate to news.google.com 3. Tap immediately on tab switcher 4. Force quit the app. 5.Relaunch app, tap on tabswitcher right away. Observed results: Google New does not fit to snapshot
