Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on Do Not Disturb in Settings 
2. Forget to turn it back on
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
You will not receive any Notifications updates until such a time that you remember to look at the DND setting OR notice that the Notification counter is high.

What went wrong?
Would like the ability to Silence notifications for a defined period of time, afterwhich any new notification will pop-up and the DND setting goes back to OFF allowing notifications.

Desired behavior is to have this be similar to functionality on Mobile Devices and other Chat type applications.
