What steps will reproduce the problem?
Requires Chrome Duet to be enabled
(1) Open a new tab
(2) Open Recent Tabs from the overflow menu
(3) Place phone in headset

What is the expected result?

The view draws in the whole content quad

What happens instead?

A white band is seen at the bottom.

A similar bug was observed in the NTP (issue 884803), but the solution there doesn't seem to be applicable here. Low priority, given that the RecentTabs Page is not directly accessible in VR.
