Noticed something in log files on G Suite Toolbox Log Analyzer

Issue description

Chrome Version       : <69.0.3497.95 (Official Build) (64-bit)>
URLs (if applicable) :https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/loganalyzer/analyze    chrome://net-internals/#chromeos
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
       Edge:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)I was loading a log file while taking a log file
(2)I opened a new tab
(3)I was writing in Google Docs on a slow wifi network

What is the expected result?
Works

What happens instead?
Pulled up my new log file and saw:  NOTREACHED()	ui.20231026-131353 (1) ui.20181003-124923 (1) chrome_20180118-102534 (4453) chrome_20180122-133842 (5) ui.20180122-133842 (5) ui.20181002-133431 (1353) ui.20180118-102534 (5133)
This always constitutes a coding error. Please report a bug!

Used G Suite Toolbox Log Analyzer
Used chrome://net-internals to get log file
