I'm about to (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/catapult/+/1258877) delete the max_frame_delay metric because it is equivalent to the maximum of the frame_length distribution for 1 run. It would be great if data from max_frame_delay is migrated to frame_length_max so that we can see the history in one diagram?
