Will this repro on your pixel 2?
Owner: btebbs@chromium.org
I am able to repro the issue on Beta 71.0.3578.45 with Pixel 2. However it does not repro on Canary 72.0.3623.0. The UI has changed significantly such that the bar come up from the bottom and is not the full with of the content pane any longer. I suggest Won't Fix since the UI changes in Canary make this a mute point.

I was able to repro this with David, but only on the specified build (this was not an issue on latest Beta (and other) channels).

Agree with dougman - I move to resolve as Won't Fix.
