Export of bookmarks to html file freezes Chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click 3 dot menu on blue bar to right of 'Search Bookmarks'
2. Click 'Export Bookmarks' in the dropdown
3. Confirm file name and destination

What is the expected behavior?
After confirmation of file name and destination - Chrome should respond to clicks

What went wrong?
Chrome no longer responds to any clicks in the active window

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version:  Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS - Kernel: Linux 4.4.0-137-generic - Architecture: x86_64
Flash Version: 

The only solution currently is to force close the window

Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 using Ubuntu 14.04. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
---------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Clicked on 3 dot menu 
3. Clicked 'Export Bookmarks' in the dropdown
4. Confirm file name and destination
As we are observed that the Chrome respond to clicks

@Reporter:Could you please check the attached screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our end.If possible provide screencast and also any a sample file for better triaging it.
