Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Lets say we have a file in the pc and we wanna share that file online with someone using any channel
(2)In my case i have tried to share a file using mail and slack. In both the cases the browser crashes and a new windows pops outs displaying a restore message.
(3)Well i will be trying to upload any screenshot i can get for you people. And this happens everytime i try to upload. The problem is persistent with my chromebook.



Expected Result: Technically file should be uploaded

Actual Result: actually browser firstly hangs for 3 sec and then crashes

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Everytime

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Simply exchange if data is not possible for me.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

I am trying to upload the screenshot, lets try if the browser let me do that.
