What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and change font size to 'Very Large'.
2. Now change browser language to 'Hindi' and give print command.
3.Now enter 2 digits  entry in customize page textfield such that error message is seen.
4.Observe.

Actual Result: Error message on print preview overlay is seen chopped after changing font size to 'very large'.
Expected Result: Error message on print preview overlay should not be seen chopped after changing font size to 'very large'.

This is regression issue broken in ‘M-71’ and providing the bisect info below:
Good Build: 71.0.3555.0
Bad Build:  71.0.3556.0

Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result:

You are probably looking for a change made after 591883 (known good), but no later than 591884 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Note: Above issue is not seen on Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14) and Linux(14.04 LTS) as it does not support Language Translation.
