Security: Bug occurs when logging in email and opening blogger

Issue descriptionI want to report bug in chrome, when I was login in chrome to open blogger and email the display changes to strange. Already when I clear the cache history and I click restore settings to their original default and I enable clean up computer for chrome, but it still doesn't change. I had sent screenshot on the attach file, please check up it. For detail image: 1. I usualy setting Indonesian and english set, i never setting any language except above. 2. Last time the language has been change and the appereance become strange coz i dont know the language, i usualy use language only english and indonesian. 3. when I was login in chrome to open blogger and email the display changes to strange, i think it is Virus or Malware. 4. Already when I clear the cache history and I click restore settings to their original default chrome and I enable clean up computer for chrome, but it still doesn't change. 5. Sometimes there is a report from chrome, there is strange traffic in chrome and I put a capcha picture to make sure I'm not a robot, it happens repeatedly. 6. Unusualy trafic happen when i away from keyboard (afk). 7. I think it is malware or virus or spyware but when i clean by malwarebytes and avast antivir, it is clear. (No virus, No malware, etc). 8. My avast and malwarebytes is up to date. 9. I think it is bug from chrome and i report it. 10. The bug interferes with our data security and activity. Detail my PC. a. My Os. Windows 7 b. My pack windows the latest version c. I using chrome stable latest d. I usualy use to modem 3G with 3 provider conection Nb: I am sorry i dont have video to describes that, i only have screenshot original picture.
