Add unit-test to ensure canvas image snapshots are constant for all CanvasResourceProviders.

We need a unit-test to ensure that the PaintImage created for canvas snapshots from all CanvasResourceProviders are invalidated only when the canvas contents change for all CanvasResourceProvider types and all ResourceUsage types.
